Anyone interested in attending an American Heart Association certified Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) class or First Aid training are encouraged to complete the form below or contact Chief Hoefle at choefle@es-il.org or (815) 645-8100 Ext. 101.  Classes are held on an as needed basis.
